1. Breast changes
Kindly note that most breast lumps are not cancer signs, but it is crucial to have your breasts checked by your doctor. Inform your physician about these slight changes in your body, which include:
- Puckering or dimpling of the skin.
- A situation where your nipples are turning inward.
- Discharge from the nipples
- Notice of redness or scaling of the breast skin and nipples
There is a need for your doctor to conduct a physical examination to understand the cause of your symptoms. During this session, relevant questions will be asked about your medical history. You may be required to have several tests to have an accurate idea, and these include a biopsy or mammogram. This entails the doctors removing a small piece of tissue for testing.
